I had a great stay at this hotel! The best aspects were the location, which was close to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as transportation options. The staff were very attentive and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had good facilities.

Great location within walking distance of popular tourist sites. Easy access to public transportation. the room was spacious and had a well, equipped kitchenette that allowed for cooking and saving money. the shower was clean and had great water pressure.

The room was not soundproof and the noise from the street could be heard at all hours of the day and night. the sofa was uncomfortable and worn out.

Our stay at Grand Base Nagasaki Chukagai was conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and attractions like Dejima. The spacious room allowed us to cook and have breakfast at home. The shower was great, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Despite a few minor issues, our overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel.
